How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery in major cities usually takes place the next day.
What do our sofas look like? Are they hard to assemble?
Mobidu sofas arrive vacuum-sealed in a compact roll-pack box. Simply unbox, unroll, and arrange the modules - no tools or complicated assembly is required!
What Does the 5-Year Warranty Cover?
The 5-year warranty we provide for Mobidu sofas specifically covers sagging and deterioration of the sofa's foam and internal filling materials.
This includes:
- Excessive foam sagging
- Loss of shape in the filling materials
- Structural deformation affecting comfort, such as sagging, softening, or an uneven seating surface
If you experience any of these issues, simply contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase and photos of the product. Following our review, we will replace the part or exchange it for a new one if necessary.
** Thanks to the high-quality cellular structure of our foam, any natural compression over the first five years is expected to remain below 5%. This level of compression is not discernible to the human eye.
The warranty does not cover:
- Fabric tears, burns, cuts, stains, and other damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Damage resulting from improper washing, cleaning or maintenance
- Damage caused by pets, including scratches or chewing
- Damage caused by excessive force, impact, or other abnormal use
- Damage resulting from commercial use of a sofa purchased for residential consumer use.
If you're ever unsure whether your issue is covered, please get in touch. Even if your warranty doesn't apply, we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.
Does the fabric wrinkle?
No, our specially textured fabric is naturally resistant to creasing. While you may notice a few light creases after unpacking due to the vacuum packaging, they'll naturally smooth out within 1-2 days so there's no need to iron it.
Is the Pet-Friendly fabric completely resistant to cat scratches?
No, unfortunately no fabric is completely scratch-proof. However, the ribbed fabric we use is considerably more durable than standard upholstery fabrics.
Our signature ribbed fabric is:
- Tightly woven
- Resistant to fraying
- Textured to help make claw marks less noticeable
Many of our customers who live with cats have had positive experiences. That said, no fabric can be 100% guaranteed to withstand aggressive scratching.
Even if minor claw marks do appear, the fabric is designed to resist tearing and maintain its appearance for years to come.
How does the return process work? What are the details?
- You can return Mobidu Shift chairs for a full refund within 100 days, provided you’ve had the chance to try them at home for at least 60 days.
- 15% of the amount you paid will be credited to your Mobidu account, and the remaining 85% will be refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days of the return.
- Provided the return conditions are met, no deductions will be made from the amount you paid.
- The chair to be returned must be placed in its original transparent plastic packaging. This is the packaging in which the chair arrived, vacuum-sealed and rolled up.
- External protective packaging such as cardboard or bubble wrap is not required for the return. At the start of the return process, you must send photos of the chair in its packaging, along with your invoice details, to info@mobidu.com.
- Returned chairs will be inspected by the Mobidu team, and if any damage is found, a report will be shared with you. Deductions may apply depending on the extent of the damage to the chair.
- The 100-day trial period is limited to one item per household.
- To take advantage of the 100-day trial, a return request must be submitted within 100 days of the product’s delivery to the customer.
Where do returned chairs go?
Sofas returned to Mobidu are thoroughly inspected. Those in usable condition are cleaned and refurbished, then distributed to those in need as part of social responsibility projects. Sofas that are no longer usable are disassembled and recycled. Foam, fabric, and other materials are separated and reused.
When will you pick up the chair I want to return?
The product will be picked up from you via our contracted shipping carrier within 8 business days of your return request.
